Hey guys; I looked up the forums to see if there was a strategy for this boss on LFR and didn't find any so here is my input based on a tutorial video by Kripparrian. I just want to help those who are struggling with Garalon in LFR. The following video was made by Kripparrian to show how easy the boss is with
Garalon performs a Furious Swipe to targets in a large cone in front of him, inflicting 36000 Physical damage. If Garalon fails to hit at least 2 targets with his Furious Swipe, he gains Fury.

17 Jun 2015 Garalon is fairly easy at Blackrock Foundry gear levels. Kite the big bug around the outside of the room as slowly as you can, while avoiding standing in the purple ring directly underneath it. The more AoE you can work into your rotation, the better: killing his legs will slow him down and make kiting a lot
